It was rewarding to be retained again in March of 2017 by the proactive people at Palliser Furniture. Building on highly comprehensive and detailed EIA work that secured the licensing of their entire industrial complex some 16 years ago, we upgraded some of that extensive information base. The updated information then supported the development of an independent professional 3rd party technical opinion on the likelihood of selected location-specific residual environmental contaminants being present and, if so, the likelihood they would be deemed environmentally ”significant” by regulators. This opinion, delivered in October 2017, was critical to re-financing of some important corporate production assets.
